In the angled setting, the patented Grease Management System™ channels grease and oils away from the flames to prevent flare ups and simplify the cleaning process.

Each precision ported stainless steel burner delivers an impressive 25,000 BTU for maximum heat capability while the layer of ceramic rods that sits between the burners and grill grates provides a more controlled heat to offer both high temperature searing and low, controlled cooking. Each burner is ignited with a reliable hot surface ignition system for simple usability while the integrated rotisserie back burner is rated for 18,000 BTU to offer additional cooking versatility while the heavy duty 50 pound capacity is powered by a 120V motor.

The Series 9 also boasts an intuitive 12V lighting system that encompasses the entire grill from hood to dial. A separate stainless steel charcoal smoker tray allows the addition of charcoal or wood chunks for dual-fuel use in order to increase the natural smoke flavor throughout the grill.
